Lucky Fox
Located at 72 Division Street in the heart of Sheffield City Centre, Lucky Fox is a standout dining destination known for its flavorful food, inviting atmosphere, and attentive service. Housed in a characterful older building, the interior features charming high ceilings and a laid-back, welcoming vibe that blends nostalgic aesthetics with modern comfort.
Lucky Fox delivers a consistently satisfying dining experience, whether you’re dropping in for a quick bite or settling in for a relaxed meal. The kitchen’s attention to detail is evident from the very first plate. Salads here are generous in size and loaded with quality ingredients-think fresh greens, smoky bacon, ripe tomatoes, and crumbled blue cheese, with a choice of grilled or breaded chicken. Unlike many places where salads feel like an afterthought, here they often require a takeaway box due to their hearty portions.
Their pizza stands out for its thinner crust that still holds up under layers of rich, flavorful toppings. Balanced in texture and taste, it’s ideal for those who enjoy a lighter base with bold toppings. Another highlight on the menu is their chicken sandwich-crisp on the outside, juicy inside, and full of savory flavor. If you’re into wings, the BBQ variety leans on the tangy side and pairs well with their unique house-made sides.
Even during busy city events, Lucky Fox handles the hustle with grace. Staff members go the extra mile, creating a warm, personal experience for every guest. Service is friendly and efficient, even during peak times, and phone-in orders are prepared promptly and correctly.
Perfect for a casual evening out, a mid-day break, or a quick takeaway, Lucky Fox blends culinary care with comfort. Their commitment to quality, fair pricing, and a memorable setting makes it more than just a place to eat-it’s a place to return to.
Lucky Fox Reviews
Stopped in on a Saturday evening during an uptown event in town. There was only 1 girl working the bar and doubling as waitresses. She was doing her best, as the place was likely more busy than usual, due to the uptown parade (maybe the ownership might be mindful of City events in the City they operate in and plan more accordingly for those dates?). I'm guessing that since there was only one working the front of house, that there was likely only one in the kitchen as well. It did take a bit longer to get our food (pizza and salads) than it should have, but when it arrived, it was delicious. The large salads filled the plate! I often order salad as a meal at several of the restaurants I frequent, and usually get disappointed by not only the size but also the price that some of these places are charging for so little cheap food. Not so here! This is one of the few times I've ever had to ask for a to go box for my salad. The prices are very reasonable for the quantity and quality of food you receive. My buffalo chicken salad (choice of grilled or breaded chicken) was loaded with bacon and diced tomatoes as well as blue cheese crumbles. The pizza is pretty hearty too! The crust is thinner, but the toppings were thick. This is just a neat place. It's a new location in Collinsville on Main Street. It's an older building with cool ceilings from days gone by. There is a cool ambiance here as you can see in the pictures! I will certainly be back.
We ordered via phone and they said 15-20 minutes food would be ready. Got there and it was. Everything was there and correct. We ordered chicken sandwiches and they were great. Ordered bbq wings, the bbq sauce was on the tangy side but decent. Side spades were were great. Not your typical salad Will be back. Ty
Standard bar fare, in a warm welcoming atmosphere. Daily drink specials, and an everyday bucket special.
This little bitty blonde bartender is so sweet and kind--she's got me walking on sunshine this fine afternoon. An absolute delight! The chef is legit LEGIT. If you're like me and you find yourself feeling underwhelmed by the attention to detail to the food that is thrown haphazardly on your plate, COME HERE. Unless I chef-nap this chef, because I might, because he's that good.
